The B-Excursion ticket combines a 2nd class return journey, a bus, tram or metro connection if necessary and admission to the attraction. As you are buying an all-in-one ticket, you will receive a discount for each part of the trip. So it really is a smart and economical option! Do you like to travel in comfort? You can buy a 1st class B-Excursion ticket or upgrade your existing 2nd class one.
Where and when can I buy a B-Excursion ticket?
B-Excursion tickets are for sale at the ticket office or ticket machines in the train station from 31 days before your trip right up until the day of your trip, unless reservation is required. Some B-Excursion tickets are also available online.
Which train should I take?
You can choose which train to take with our route planner. And with the SNCB app you can quickly find the fastest route in real time to anywhere in Belgium. The app notifies you if something unexpected happens on your route and suggests alternative routes.

Enjoy some peace and quiet while you breathe fresh country air. Or would you rather explore car-free historical city centres? You can do all of that by bike! With the practical and economical B-Excursions Train + Rental bike ticket, the cycling fun starts as soon as you arrive at the station. Go for it with the bike train!

Start by reserving your bike by phone or email at one of the suggested cycle points. With the reservation number, you can then buy a B-Excursions Train + Rental bike ticket at the train station's ticket office.
