If you are permanently visually impaired by 90% or more, as recognised by Federal Public Service Social Security, the National Public Transport Discount Card is available to you for free.
If you are visually impaired, you can travel free of charge in 2nd class
- On presentation of this card, you travel free of charge in 2nd class
- More comfort: For travel in 1st class, you need to buy a valid ticket for travel
